Account details you provide at sign-up (such as name, email, and whether you register as a customer or tailor). If you are a tailor, we collect profile and business information you submit (for example shop name, address, city, specialties, WhatsApp number, bio, pricing hints, and location where you choose to provide it).

Content you upload, such as design photos stored via our hosting provider. Usage data typical of web and mobile apps (for example device/browser type, approximate location if you allow it for “near me” features, and technical logs) may be processed by our infrastructure providers.

To run Sokulu: showing listings, maps, and feeds; enabling reviews; and connecting customers with tailors. We do not process payments on the platform; contact may move to WhatsApp or other channels outside our control.

To keep the service secure, debug issues, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Use.

Where applicable, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and improving the directory, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required (for example certain marketing or optional location use), we will ask separately.

We use service providers (including database, authentication, file storage, and hosting) to operate the site. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. Information you place on a public tailor profile is visible to visitors as designed.

We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it subject to legal retention requirements.

You may access, correct, or delete certain information through your account where available, or contact us at smartshopz.llp@gmail.com. You may also have rights under applicable law (including data access or erasure).

Sokulu is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
