Sokulu is a discovery directory for tailors and boutiques. We do not take orders, hold payments, or guarantee the quality, timing, or price of work between users. Any engagement after introduction (for example via WhatsApp) is strictly between the customer and the tailor.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.

Tailors must submit truthful business information and obtain our admin approval where applicable. You must have rights to any photos you upload. We may remove content or listings that are misleading, infringing, illegal, or harmful.

Reviews and posts should be fair and lawful. You grant us a licence to host and display content you submit on Sokulu for the purpose of operating the directory.

No scraping or automated harvesting of our listings without permission; no malware; no impersonation; no harassment; no unlawful discrimination; no circumvention of technical limits. No use of the service for spam or fraud.

The Sokulu name, branding, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. Tailors retain rights to their own photos and trademarks subject to the licence above.

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between users or from reliance on listings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMARTSHOPZ LLP’s total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or INR 1,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
